To start I am happy with the product especially the retractable screen, but the process was very frustrating. We signed the contract on May 6th. At that time we were given literature stating the current lead time was 8- 10 weeks. The install was done on September 16th. We were constantly told the delay was do to covid which I can understand, but they were not able to tell us where the windows were in the production line. I don't mind waiting but an idea of how long the wait will be would have been appreciated.

We had extensive pruning of all the trees and shrubs in and bordering our backyeard. Jake and his crew did a great job. They were pleasant and professional. Jake was always quick to respond to any enquiries and kept us up to date on what and when the work would be done. A pleasure to work with.

We had our wood fireplace replaced with a propane fireplace by Chantico over a year ago. They did a fabulous job, showing great attention to detail. Someone was to come and and run through the operation of the unit and answer any questions so we got the most out of our investment. Then covid hit and things were put on hold. We were able to operate the fireplace fine. In the fall of 2020 when things had calmed down a bit Stan came out to follow up. He made some adjustments to the flame and we love our fireplace even more. I would highly recommend Chantico. Their staff was friendly, knowledgable and always gave us the time needed to answer any questions.

Peter has done two major additions and renovations for my husband and I; but it was a few years ago. We wanted to stay in our first home as we love the neighbourhood. It was a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, split level. We now have a home that is as perfect for us now that we are retired as it was as our three children were growing up. Peter not only presented excellent design ideas he also listened to our ideas and refined them. Not costing more just doing it better. He came in on time and on budget. We recently contacted Peter for some advice. We needed someone that could evaluate a renovation project next door to our daughter and what the impact could have on her home, mainly the foundation. it was like reconnecting with an old friend. Peter referred us to a geotechnical engineer and both he and Peter are guiding us through this process. Peter did this for us because of our previous relationship without any compensation. We are truly appreciative for all his help and would highly recommend him.
