Award Plus Plumbing repaired a leaking water pipe, installed a washing machine drain pipe and Laundry Tub drain during the COVID-19 situation in March 2020. This was an emergency call because the leaking pipe was flooding the basement. Alex immediately answered my call and sent the plumber, Will within 2.5 hours. Alex quickly understood the emergency despite the difficult COVID-19 restrictions. Both Alex and Will were professional and showed enthusiasm and dedication in fixing my emergency problem . The price was reasonable. I was impressed that Will had stocked plumbing supplies in his truck and he had all the tools. He persevered in locating a certain part from a supplier and getting it despite the COVID lockdowns. He tested all connections and cleaned up the work area. Award Plus Plumbing does quality work at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this company should you need plumbing services of any scope.
