I called in the middle of the day asking for an urgent repair for my tankless water heater. John right away arranged time and visited in the afternoon. He performed an excellent job on investigating and repairing the water heater. At the same time, he gave plenty good advice on how to maintain the heater and flushed the pipe for me. At the end, he also threw in some checks on my furnace and humidifier. Found some issues there and suggested me some solutions. Very thorough service with good info.
