Last September, Boris quoted me on new furnace options. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and informative. My old furnace was in need of a $700 part replacement and I wanted to get the new furnace installed before the winter. Unfortunately, a ridiculous delay from Enbridge's energy auditors resulted in me having to try to get through the winter with my ailing furnace. In March, my furnace stopped working. Because of the cold weather, I decided to repair my old furnace rather than replace it. I called Cozy World to arrange for the replacement of the part that was failing. Fred took the call and got back to me within 10 minutes with a same-day service appointment and the new part. When the serviceman arrived to install the part that I requested, he realized that the logic board was the problem (a $1500 repair), not the part I had asked them to replace. At this point I figured that I was stuck with having to replace the furnace and eat the $700 for the part that I had asked them to install. To my amazement, Fred came to my home and did something amazing. He did not charge me for the part, nor the service call PLUS he arranged for the installation of a new furnace the next morning at the price quoted from September, even though the furnace price had increased 7% since then. The next day, Fred and Sina (the furnace installer) arrived. The new furnace was installed without a hitch. They were very respectful of my home and did an incredible installation. The following day, they registered my furnace with Amana and Leslie followed up on the installation to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. Cozy World blew me away. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to everyone at Cozy World!
