We called upon Elite Appliance to diagnose our leaky fridge. Their technician came, diagnosed and supposedly fixed the issue. Subsequently at the 45 day mark, the issue resurfaced. We called the company but because it's not within their window of 30 day warranty, they are charging us another quote. We decided to not proceed with this company because we are not satisified with their original assessment (their ability to diagnose and fix the problem properly). We are concerned that they are again going to offer another short term fix, wait until the 30 day warranty window has passed, and offer another quote.
