This is the second time I had this problem. I was very satisfied with the first time and again with this second incident. They did a great job and harmlessly removed 2 birds from my air duct. They were very patient as the birds initially didn’t come out. They were very friendly as well.

North Star pest control came today. They were the only people to answer my call. I thought I might be able to do it myself, but I’m so glad they came. I worried that there may be a nest in the duct, but he said it’s not the season. He did a great job to harmlessly capture and release the bird.
