I was very happy with the end product. The installation was done well. There was a slight hickup with the initial installation but Adam was honest about the error and resolved the issue while absorbing the cost. We had a vent running through the middle of our garage and unfortunately there was a measuring error and the garage door track had to be cut a bit short in order to fit. This resulted in the garage door not opening all the way. We managed to move the vent back a bit and Adam came back and fixed the issue. Very happy with the service and professionalism.

Zeeshan was a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and does his best to ensure the client is happy. For my project, he managed the project & his team did the actual work. There were some issues with the flooring that I was not happy with. I was told and expected the floor to not make any squeaking noises once the new floor ( including subfloor ) is installed. I even went above and beyond and purchased cork underpad and cork flooring to further ensure there wouldnt be squeaking. However there was and still is squeaking which I was quite displeased about. The person who did the flooring, deflected and even said there was no squeaking or this is normal flooring noise. Zeeshan acknowledged the issue and did reimburse me some costs out of his own pocket. I appreciated that and although I would have much rather had the flooring be quiet, I understood at this point nothing else can be done. Overall the renovation looks great and Im pleased with the finishes.

Emperical builds was very courteous and professional. They took the time to understand what exactly we were looking to get done and did the project in the most efficient and convenient way possible. We had a family with two babies living in our basement so we needed the job done as quickly as possible with minimal dust. They brought in the appropriate tools that made the job look easy and best of all there was no mess at all. Everything was finished and cleaned same-day. The Potlights are symmetrical and light up the basement like never before. They even patched up some of the holes in our ceiling that had nothing to do with the job. The pricing was very reasonable. I'm really happy with the decision of getting the job done and choosing Emperical Builds to do it.
