Amazing Customer Service and good quality!
Right from the phone call I made to inquire to the cleaning itself I received amazing customer service! The gentlemen on the phone was super kind and asked a lot of questions to get a good understanding of my situation, he was transparent but was also able to put my mind at ease and if it wasn’t for his level of customer service I wouldn’t have scheduled but I felt confident I could trust them to do the best possible job and at a good price too! Shane and Chazz were super friendly, welcoming and accommodating and they did a ‘dang good job’ in ensuring my carpet was given the best cleaning possible, and just like the quality of customer service Chazz had the biggest smile I have seen from start to finish! :) Thank you!!!
