Capital Appliance was quick to send out a repair man who was able to assess the problem. One of the burners of my Jenn-Air glass counter top stove wasn't working, and as it wasn't the switch, it was determined to be the element. A new one was ordered, which took 3 months to arrive. Andre returned to complete the repair, but when he opened the cassette we saw that there was a serious problem with the wiring of the other burner. It was an assembly fault. Thank goodness he was able to fix it, as well as replace the burnt out element, and all is good. I am grateful to Andre for his excellent work.
