Capital Appliance was quick to send out a repair man who was able to assess the problem. One of the burners of my Jenn-Air glass counter top stove wasn't working, and as it wasn't the switch, it was determined to be the element. A new one was ordered, which took 3 months to arrive. Andre returned to complete the repair, but when he opened the cassette we saw that there was a serious problem with the wiring of the other burner. It was an assembly fault. Thank goodness he was able to fix it, as well as replace the burnt out element, and all is good. I am grateful to Andre for his excellent work.

I am a repeat customer, and continue to be pleased with the prompt service that Brad offers. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with the repair. I would recommend him to anyone requiring garage door service.

Our 30 year old furnace needed a seasonal cleaning and inspection. Moh arrived on schedule, was Covid careful, and is friendly and knowledgeable. While completing the work in good time, he also advised me about the Fortis rebate. The cost of the service was very reasonable. I strongly recommend Best Way and will definitely contact them for future service.

The fan in our furnace stopped working, which shut down the furnace. A call to Best Way resulted in a quick visit by Jaffar, and it was discovered that the motor was seized. We thought that it would be a cold night while a replacement motor was found ... however within 2 hours Best Way was back, and completed the job. We are grateful for the friendly, prompt and knowledgeable service ... and more importantly there was no mention or pressure from them to sell us a new furnace.
