I had a new egress window installed and replaced a couple existing windows in fall 2022. They were very professional, easy to communicate with, and prompt. They clearly knew all relevant building codes, and took the time to explain and provide options. They did an amazing job with the install and clean up; there was no dust inside and no piles of dirt outside. I have had no issues in the 1.5 yrs since they were installed. I would highly recommend them.

Hero Services have been great to deal with, getting a quote from them was very easy and the info provided was thorough. They email me after each snowfall to give a time estimate of when they will complete the removal, which was very handy while I was on vacation. I’m very happy to see that Hero completely clears the walkways so there is no ice buildup. I’ve since renewed the service for another month, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
