They followed up diligently as an organization and ensured I knew the quoted price, the final price for parts and labour and it was very easy to schedule my repair around my own work times. Yarik was my technician; he was especially fantastic. He was polite, informative, quick with his work and was all around very helpful while in my home. He made me feel very comfortable and I would highly highly recommend asking for him. He fixed my dryer in literally ten minutes by running around switching off the breakers and installing my new motherboard for my dryer comp very quickly and even put away my Internet router and Dyson afterwards to leave the room exactly how he found it. Great experience!
