While their window installation was fine, it was ecotech's customer service that left me very disappointed. Mike, our salesperson, let us know that we would be receiving a rebate equal to the taxes once our installation was complete. The 1 day job was finished in May 2019, and were have still not received the rebate cheque. After dozens of calls to Mike and to ecotech, I'm left convinced this is a dubious tactic to have people sign with them. I would NEVER recommend a company that operates this way to anyone.
