After receiving an outlandish/dubious assessment from another company to replace combo boiler. we decided to get a second opinion. Happy that we did and we're so fortunate to have found Novel Care! Alan provided excellent advice and service. His assessment was logical and methodical, and he was able to resolve to the "real" problem vs what was quoted and incorrectly assessed from the other HVAC company. We wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again! He saved us probably $2k plus the time and money !
