We are undertaking a kitchen reno and decided to have our heating needs reviewed. We contacted three prospects using Homestars and Uncle Bill's Hillcrest Plumbing gave us the best advice. No nonsense straightforward honest opinion. Gaining trust is a big factor in choosing where to spend your hard earned money. Dan (?) Service Manager delivered in spades. We ended up contracting for a number iof small upgrades. My only negative factor was the trades-person that showed up didn't know the extent of the job beforehand and had to make three trips in order to complete everything. Not sure is this was an office issue or work ethic. Nevertheless, they did a great job in the end.

We recently undertook a small kitchen renovation which included repairing the ceiling. Our ceiling was textured and two other drywall companies recommended removing all the texture and smoothing out the entire ceiling which ran from the kitchen and through various other rooms. However, Alex gave us the assurances that he could match our existing ceiling. He was true to his word! The job he did was excellent. He and his crew spent many hours and performed great service with both friendly and accurate advice. A true professional in all aspects. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to refer him to other or use his services for our other projects
