Absolutely excellent service! Our washer broke and we reached out about it and asked his opinion on whether it was worth repairing of not. He was very honest and told us all of our options and ultimately we decided it was best to purchase a new unit, which was his recommendation. We didn't feel comfortable installing the units ourselves so we reached out again to ask Yevhen to install them and he was excellent! Great communication and he was able to install the unit almost immediately. We've recommended Yevhen multiple times and everyone has been happy with his service.
