The inspection was very thorough and professional. The inspector went over issues in great detail with pictures and it all comes with a nice, neat digital package. Also included a book with this service on how to maintain your home.

Very quick and efficient. Technician identified the problem right away and then went out to get the part and installed it. The job took about 5 minutes so it was done in no time.
