We've done our research and sourced numerous companies to cut and install egress windows in our basement. We could've had anyone do the job to be honest. But when it came to safety and our investment, we wanted the job to be done PROPERLY, PROFESSIONALLY, LEGALLY, and to BUILDING CODE. That's where Vlad (from Waterproofing PD) comes in. Vlad and his team came out and delivered. From consultation to end of job - exceptional service! Even though the work took a little longer than it did due to the extremely HEAVY rainfall for the past few days, I was worried that water was coming into the basement (the rain wouldn't stop). The team had just put the foam around the windows, and there was still work to be done. But when I went to check in the basement, it was COMPLETELY DRY. I was impressed. Vlad and his team got an "A+++" just for that. I knew we had the right team. On the final day of work, the windows and wells look beautiful. The wells are not the typical galvanized wells. These are 6x6 timber which are beautiful to look at once inside the basement and out. Everything complemented each other.
