The installation was well done. I initially had a complaint about payment (be sure to read the fine print about payment being due promptly once service is done; they prefer cheque over credit card or else a surcharge will be applied), but it was resolved to my satisfaction. Novelcare provides great service with good product at a competitive price. I would recommend them to family and friends.
