Horrible customer service. They tried to change the price on my contract. Then made me feel like I was the bad guy for sticking to my signed contract. Signed contract in July and received the product in December and January. Didn't hear a thing from this company for 2 months then received a phone call on a Thursday telling me my windows were being installed on the following Tuesday. Did receive a phone call from Landmark once but it was with a private phone number. Not comfortable with this as a company should have a business line not a private number. Still waiting for a door handle to be replaced as it was installed broken. Never received a list of items to check over to insure everything was what I wanted. Meaning I couldn't confirm the colour of the trim being installed and did not get the correct coloured trim on the inside around my windows. The crews that installed everything were friendly and very professional.
