Good job of removing our Laurel Leaf Willow
Good job of tree removal. Improvement required in removing the debris as some fell in our neighbours backyard and was overlooked. However, they received our feedback and took steps to remedy the situation to our satisfaction.
Excellent product, poor service
Satisfied with the product. Dissatisfied with the service. We made numerous calls and submitted emails in order for the service department of the company to resolve an issue with dripping immediately over our front entrance steps. We were told that a splash guard is required. However, the company has not contacted us to schedule a date/time to install the splash guard.
