Worked with the team at Kitchen and Bath to complete an ensuite full reno at my parents house. I was very happy with the design process and initial project start. The main concern was adherence to the timelines. What was originally a 4 week project turned i to 6 weeks. It could easily have been done in 3 weeks, but due to them being very busy, trades were not always available. A better process for Project Management would have been helpful. Having it all communicated up front in terms of the weekly activity was needed. Workmanship was excellent, very happy with the end result. If they could have kept to the timelines, it would have been a perfect experience. They offer a lifetime warranty on all parts, which is great to have.

Sorry the project took a bit longer then you had anticipated. We do always advice that a project as such would take anywhere between 4-6 weeks, as there are some down time for the costume pieces to be built
