Endri was quick to give me a quote and quick to get the job done. He matched another quote that I got. I decided to go with EMR because Endri was pleasant and professional. The other co. was rude to me after telling them no thank you. I would use EMR again but because they did such a good job, I probably won't need them to come back but I can recommend them! Also I got a 10 year warranty. Vicky

Mike and the people that work with him are definitely the BEST! Quick to do the work and did a fabulous job. My driveway was in horrible shape and to be honest made me pretty discouraged. I use to do it myself but I had let it go for so long that I knew the amount of work and money it was going to take. That was the discouraging part. I started looking for a Co. on Homestars and they were the 1st Co. I called. Man did I luck out! They filled in the cracks, the pot holes and then sealed it. It looks so, so much better now. Customer service like you won't find anymore. They want to make sure that we, the consumer are happy with everything. Start to finish and then even afterwards. They said if I have any complaints at anytime to be sure to contact them and they will make it right. Can't tell you the last time any Co. has said that to me. It was much appreciated.

i had a flood in my basement on sat. called draincom. slava came over in an hour. he looked everything over, he told me what was wrong. back water valve needed. gave me quote. said that city would reimburse me for some of the work. relief! vlad and oleg came on tues., did the work. great guys! everything was cleaned up perfectly. big job. they sent valentine over for some plumbing problems that i had. he is very knowledgeable and uses common sense as well.not much of that going around these days.i feel that even though i was in a panic and called draincom without knowing them, i got a fare shake. the work they did was worth the money. i don't often say that. if you need any of their services, call them! you won't be disappointed.

hard to find good, honest electricians in Toronto. however i have succeeded in doing just that. i called igor and he came by a day later and on time to give me a quote. he set a time to come back and do the work. once again he showed up on time and prepared. i needed everything from little stuff that i had been putting off, to some trouble shooting to get electricity back on in two rooms upstairs. it was bad wiring but igor found a way to do it with just one small hole. amazing considering all of the turns that he needed to make with the wire. it cost more than the quote because of this problem but i will say that it was a very fare price overall. he worked many hours to finish the job instead of saying that he would come back later, which i appreciated. i would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs work done and i already have. this electrician is a keeper!
