Yuri conducted a secondary inspection for our new townhouse after all deficiencies submitted on the 30-day Tarion form were presumably "rectified". He provided an extensive report listing all outstanding deficiencies and safety issues/concerns that still have to be addressed by the builder and/or included on the conciliation request for the Tarion in the future. He was very professional and courteous.
