Great! Today John and Andre replaced my bathtub drain, changed my kitchen faucet, installed my bidet attachment and tightened my bathroom sink hot water handle. They were professional, courteous and attentive. I recommend without reservation.

Heard the telltale scratching of a critter who had decided to move in with me. Called in last Mon eve (feb 8, 2016) and was given a couple of time choices for an on-site consultation the next day. Tuesday two fine fellow showed up to make a visual inspection and noted two potential entry points. One spot was closed up and the other had a one-way gate installed to allow my visitor to exit but not re-enter. I had had a family of squirrels move into my roof many years ago and another company had come to deal with that situation. The Gates team volunteered to close up that older fencing which rather than a one-way gate had instead a spiked hole as an exit. Later that day, my visitor came out and sadly could not get back in. Thursday the fellow came and changed the gate for some screening. Quick, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Gates. Thursday
Hi Christina, you mentioned that another company had previously installed a "spiked" one way door instead of the humane one way door that we use. Homeowners aren't aware of this but these spiked one way doors that many companies are using can cause considerable harm to the animals as they attempt to exit or enter the attic. I had a pin-hole in my water main leaking water beneath my basement which began pooling and soaking into the floor causing a growing wet spot. I called Valentin on a Wednesday and texted him photos of what the issue was; Thursday he came over to quote; Friday he sent a team to excavate a hole to allow the area to dry and Saturday the work was done with a ten year warranty. Easier than I thought and very efficient. Strong Plumbing was a great choice for me and I recommend them for you.

Niall was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous, personable and always dedicated to doing the best job possible. Niall was able to come up with several on-the-spot solutions to problems that were revealed as the work went on and has created a seamless look in a 100 yr old home. A huge effort was made by Niall and his team and we now have a new built-in two-rung closet with custom shelving, custom baseboards, a new porch deck and a new favourite carpenter.
