AireOne Newmarket store (owned by the same people) Installers were polite and courteous. THowever they reused many of my existing parts like transformer, intake pipes and copper lineset. The lineset shouldn't be used as older style coolant is different. This would contaminate the new coolant. I paid for new and should get everything new. What else did they shortchange me on? Is this their business model. Or were they just lazy? I hired a pro because they is stuff I can't do. Sale staff ... dishonest. I discovered a scam when I was making a routine followup to ensure my manufacturer's warranty policy was in effect. They, Aire One Newmarket, put in a a very expensive replacement claim (to the manufacturer) against my equipment. This claim was so expensive ($1000s) that if my equipment did need a future repair, the manufacturer would not cover it as it was replaced before. What a scam. The manufacturer has flagged my account if they every try that again. The proof was in claim that they filed. They will investigate other claims as well. I won't deal with them every again. Conclusion: You can't trust Aire One Newmarket. If this one is that bad ... how can you trust any of their other branches (same people). They will short change you on site and off.
