My workplace had a sump pump failure over the Christmas/New Years holidays. We had to get the ruined flooring ripped out and dry up the entire area for several days before the new flooring could be laid if we had a hope of re-opening in January. I called United Rentals from across town 10 or 15 minutes before they were supposed to close for the holidays, and they stayed open until I got there, with three industrial fans and an industrial dehumidifier ready and waiting for me. We had an incredibly tight timeline and could not have begun the work with out this. We were able to reopen in January as if nothing had happened. Thanks very much Paul!

I struggled with this rating. I'd give a full 10 on results, but lower on the admin. end. We moved into a 150+ year old home 7 years ago, and quickly discovered we weren't living here alone. We had huge (4"-5") centipedes EVERYWHERE! The tub was crawling with them every morning. I'd go to grab my robe off the hook on the back on the door in the morning, and find one or two on it. We were carrying a big chair up the stairs and one crawled out from the cushion inches from my face! UGH!!! Not a day went by without seeing them. It was horrible, and I developed a phobia of them. We had Abell come in and spray, and it did take about 6 months before I was not seeing ANY at all. (The technician we first dealt with was Dan, and I came to refer to him as "Dan, my super-hero"!) We pay $250 a year for a spring and fall visit, which is well worth it to keep my sanity. My only issue is that I have mailed in my annual payment, and realized we only got one visit, or no one has called to come and we have to call. I think if they take your money up front, they ought to have a better system in place to ensure you get served. BUT . . . the result is wonderful! We are completely centipede-free, and going from what we had to this . . . well, well worth the cost!

With the kids gone or going, we were preparing our house for sale to downsize, and didn't realize how much "junk" we've accumulated! We thought we'd take it to the dump ourselves, but the pile kept growing. On the recommendation of a co-worker, we booked justjunk.com and were more than pleased with the wonderful service. The young men, George and Scott, came at the time we chose, and were friendly and funny, making it was a delight to deal with! ALL of our pile was gone, and they swept up the garage afterward! (Don't tell them, but it had actually never been that clean!) What impressed us as well was that as they loaded, they were setting stuff aside. I thought they weren't taking this stuff so I asked why. Found out they were making piles as some stuff could be donated; some recyled; so they needed to organize to make drop off easy. We were sure it would take more than the one truck load Scott estimated, but they got it all in! Thanks to Scott and George! Great job boys!
