My workplace had a sump pump failure over the Christmas/New Years holidays. We had to get the ruined flooring ripped out and dry up the entire area for several days before the new flooring could be laid if we had a hope of re-opening in January.
I called United Rentals from across town 10 or 15 minutes before they were supposed to close for the holidays, and they stayed open until I got there, with three industrial fans and an industrial dehumidifier ready and waiting for me.
We had an incredibly tight timeline and could not have begun the work with out this. We were able to reopen in January as if nothing had happened.
