Dave and his crew did a great job on the stucco repair to the side of my house. I had my deck replaced over the summer and there was discoloration and damage left by the old deck. Dave repaired the damage and discoloration and color matched the old stucco. Price was fair and the work was completed on the day he committed to.

Green Drop applied their first treatment in early May on a day that was snowing and the tracks showed one pass over the front lawn (two passes if you count the tracks leading back to the driveway - plus, they skipped the backyard). They said the aeration and over seeding would occur within a couple of weeks and nothing more was done for 2 months. I called them multiple times to find out when the aeration and over seeding was going to be done and they kept telling me "soon". After 2 months with no additional service, I decided this company was simply not reliable. Paying someone to roll a spreader once across your lawn over snow is not what I call great lawn care. To be fair, the snow did melt by the end of the day. They agreed to a refund, but it's been almost two weeks and there's no refund on my credit card yet. If it's anything like their lawn service, I guess I will have to keep calling them relentlessly until they finally decide to do something about it. How does a company like this stay in business?!?

I was very pleased with Accurate Home Inspections and will recommend their inspection service to friends and family. The inspector was knowledgeable and easy to talk to throughout the inspection. Explanations were given in detail for all areas of the house and the written report was superb.
