I had the pleasure of meeting an exciting, energetic, fun and educated sales person by the name of Robert. I did not want to do further research on which water system to purchase based on the information I received from Robert. 2 weeks later a service tech name Derrick and his partner installed half of the units and I had never had an entertaining conversation with a service tech like I did with Derrick. He was super friendly and accommodating. The only downfall I experienced with the company is with customer service as I had to follow up to book the second installation appointment as oppose to them contacting me and it took over 1 week for them to book an appointment. 2 weeks later another service tech name Tony came by and install the rest of the unit and he was also super friendly and nice. With all my experiences dealing with the field employees I am very happy.
