The salesman was great. Took our deposit. The wrong window was installed. The installers came back three times and didn't even try to fix it. Constant barage of phone calls and emails from Nordik asking to settle the final amount, but no one has fixed the problem. The stone mason was the rudest man I've ever met. The installers did absolutely nothing on all three return visits. We ended up having to get our own contractor to come in and fix the problem which cost us even more in the long run. We understand you had a different expectation for how the window would be finished, unfortunately this expectation was not what was ordered and is also not a style or service that we offer.
