Greg did work for us in 2011, but I have just joined Homestars, so finally getting around to writing a review. We had issues in our condo where the tiles became separated from the floor and were only held in place by the grout. Greg did a lot of research to determine why this happened and used some different products to ensure that it wouldn't happen again with our new tiles. Greg went out of his way to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with the work (he even replaced a chipped tile that we noticed).

Tom and Tommy came by as scheduled and replaced both of our entry way locks the day after we took ownership of our new house. They were quick and efficient, and pleasant to have around for the short time they were here. I feel much more secure knowing I have new locks installed. Free sets of keys were a definite bonus.

Pete came by and helped us to transfer emails as we changed service providers (and couldn't figure it out ourselves). He ensured that our anti-virus protection was effective, and that our PC set up is performing with optimal efficiency. Pete took the time to answer our questions and is a very knowledgeable, pleasant guy.

Steve arrived at the scheduled time and took a look at the ducts in our new home. He showed me why he recommended a full cleaning, which I saw was a necessity. Throughout the job, Steve continued to show me his progress so that I could see the impact of his work. He was both professional and friendly, and got the job done. I've recommended The Duct Cleaning Specialists to our new neighbour and a co-worker.
