I just had by gutters cleaned by Gutter Doctor. This is my first house, and I honestly didnt know what to expect . I knew my gutters were quite full of debris and with the cold setting in it was a race to have them cleaned. Luckily the technician, Elmer, called me right away and came to look at my house so he could give me a accurate quote. Elmer was clear in his pricing and explained to me what to expect. He called me before our scheduled appointment to give a heads up that he was on his way and was quick to start and finish the work at hand. I found him professional and easy to communicate with. I appreciated that he took the time to inspect my gutters and let me know everything looked in good shape. He went above and beyond to clean my shed gutters and removed some pretty large branches off my roof at no extra charge. Thank you for a job well done, I'll be recommending to family and friends.
