Our furnace failed on Christmas Eve. The house was getting colder as the outside temps were in the -25C range. Called Official Plumbing, which had advertised in my local community newsletter, and Travis arrived at our door within the hour. He did a temp fix as he did not have the necessary part with him. We called after Christmas. Part was ordered and installed. While he was at our home we asked for an estimate on replacing our hot water tank, as current one was 13 years old. Tank was replaced on Friday!!! Thanks, Travis!
