An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This year, we needed to replace 4 windows and a patio door. Clera Windows and Doors were highly recommended and after getting more than one quote, we decided to go with them. Rick, their Sales Manager answered all of our many questions and explained both the product and the installation. He was also very helpful in our decision-making process. The installation team was great- very professional & they were so quiet my two kids could even nap! Everything was on time and we are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows!
