We initially hired Direct Waterproofing for exterior waterproofing based on Homestars reviews, but after seeing their work we also had them do additional interior waterproofing, as well as install a back water valve and sump pump. We worked with Terry and would highly recommend him and DW to our friends. He was extremely responsive right from the start and throughout the project, whether it was a call, a text or an email. Our project took about a week and he was constantly here checking on the progress and keeping us in the loop. The crew we had on site were great too. Its a messy job but they left the site spotless after they were done. And since it snowed while they were here, they shoveled the snow and helped us and our neighbours take our garbage bins to the curb on garbage day. Overall, it was a great experience and if we had another waterproofing project, we wouldnt hesitate to call them.

We needed to replace our old wooden sliding door and was referred to Henry. Although we obtained other quotes, we decided to go with Imperial as we found Henry to be extremely responsive and professional. The installation was smooth and they thoroughly cleaned the area after they were done. We would reach out to Imperial again.
