An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I wanted to thank you Adam and your team, Kevin and his helper for an excellent job. You helped me select the type and colour of windows and patio door that best suited the house. They look terrific. It just makes such a difference to the look of the house....very elegant, in my estimation! Kevin and his helper were totally professional in the installation process. They were both very polite, friendly, thorough, showed attention to detail, went above and beyond to make sure the work was properly finished, and always took off their shoes when they were in the house. Kevin walked me through the house afterwards to show me how the windows and patio door operate. I am very, very satisfied with the quality of the product as well as the quality of the installation and would recommend Clera Windows to anyone who asked. For what has been provided, I don't think the price can be beat! It was great doing business with you and your team!
