Purchased a pre-construction from Mattamy and it has been an amazing experience buying for such a reputable builder. Quality products and timely service has been prioritized throughout this whole process. Their customer service to construction team have been amazing in providing detailed information and regular updates. Our PDI list barely had any items which was surprising as normally there usually tends to be a big list of items that need to be repaired/fixed with other builders. I would highly urge anyone to consider buying a pre-construction Mattamy home.
