I recently found myself in need of hiring a reliable pool company to service my pool and equipment. Through a referable from a friend, I found York Pool Service and Mark Leaman. I had asked Mark to come by to look at my equipment and provide with me a quotation. He took the time to explain how he opens and closes his customer’s pools as well as reviewing the price structure for his services. While he was at my house, I had asked Mark a question regarding a problem with my step jets. He examined the jets, found the problem and repaired it without cost. He recently closed my pool for the season. Mark and his team arrived on time, explained the process as it was being performed and cleaned up any debris left behind. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and high level of service and integrity.

I recently ordered a few replacement slings for our pool loungers. I was served by Charlene in customer service. She took the time to research the product for me and got back to me very quickly with the price. Charlene was very polite and knowledgeable about the company's product line. I had to return my initial order and Charlene also took care of this process in a very expedient manner. I was very pleased with the quality and customer service offered by Pool Supplies Canada. I would high recommend this company to my fellow pool owners.

Discount Aluminum Railings was recommended through a family member. We called Fred for an estimate and be came out and quoted us a very reasonable prince. He explained all of the necessary information regarding the quality of their product and the thickness of the glass. Within 3 – 4 weeks, the railings were ready and professionally installed. His team was polite and responsible. We are very pleased with the appearance of our front porch. Without any reservation, we would highly recommend Fred and his team from Discount Aluminum Railings.

Although Downtown Flooring carries quality products at competitive prices; their quality of installation is questionable at best. We recently had the floor of our home office replaced with laminate flooring. The team of installers, who spoke limited English, severed my phone line as well as they installed the floor in reverse order, from window to door threshold, leaving a narrower plank of laminate as the first piece flooring which is visible when you walk in the room. When I arrived home and noticed the inaccuracies to my new floor. I immediately called Downtown Floor and I was informed that the installers would be spoken to and I was offered a floor cleaning kit as compensation. To date, no one has offered to come out to see the completed job or to offer any financial compensation for the poor quality of work. In business today, anyone can carry a quality product; however it is the level of service and the integrity of the company which generates repeat business. Sadly to say, Downtown Flooring will not be on my referral list for future business.

Over the past several years we have used Stonelink Credit Valley Grey on our property. Our first project was the backyard. We used the Credit Valley throughout, including the coping around our pool. We then installed a wide sidewalk from the front to the back of the house. We used the same product to cover our front porch and created a decorative garden. As they are very heavy and durable, the can easily withstand heavy vehicles. The Stonelink product line is well made and will definitely add a touch of class to your property. I would highly recommend that seal your product to prolong the life and the appearance of the stone.

We investigated the options for solar heating for our pool. Jesse from Solar Wave was able to provide us with the price and product to meet our needs. The panels and equipment were installed professionally and on time. We would highly recommend Solar Wave to our family and friends.

I originally sealed our double driveway with a commercial retail product. The product peeled off our driveway. I called Asphalt Care and spoke with David. He came out, cleaned our driveway and sprayed it with a better product which adhered to the surface. Very friendly and personable.

I originally sealed my driveway with an acrylic product from one of the big box stores. When I power sprayed my driveway a few weeks ago, the sealer came off under the pressure. The appearance of the driveway looked terrible. I called Asphalt Care, who came to our house the same day, looked at our driveway and quoted us a price. Within a week, David came out, sprayed our driveway with a better product and now it looks great!
