My wife and I are retired and wanted major renovations to our entire house so that we could get a decade or so without having to always make little repairs. We divided the job up into two parts so we could see how Irish Renovations worked, and to say the least we were very pleasantly surprised with the kitchen, dining room and main bathroom results. In fact, they did such good work we not only asked them to do the second half of the work, we also added on a a new laundry room and a new sun room, as well as upgrades to all our interior doors. One thing we learned early on was that Irish's quoted prices were in the 'low average' range compared to others, but the quality of the material and workmanship was absolutely outstanding and more than made up for any minor price differences. Matt, Zeb, Zack and Gary (dad) Irish are consummate tradesmen and always ensured only picture perfect results. Matt honoured his prices when he quoted on 'extras' even when unseen issues arrived and unless otherwise arranged, the guys showed up every weekday and always put in a hard days work. Also, even though it was very inconvenient for them, they always parked on our narrow street in order to protect our new driveway and every neighbour we talked to had nice things to say about them, including when they took the time to help an elderly neighbour shovel her walk after the plow went by. Matt and his crew (family) were always very respectful to us and to our home and never complained when we changed our minds mid-stream. Because of the scope of work, Irish spent almost 6 months in our house and not once did we regret hiring them, and if we go ahead as planned, we will be hiring them again next year to build a large gazebo/pavillion in our yard. Great guys, fantastic work, the highest quality material and all at a reasonable cost. Hard to beat!!
