We had a plumbing leak that came down into living room and damaged the stucco ceiling. We were given two options. Either to remove the stucco or repair the stucco. We opted to repair the stucco. The crew they sent to get started on the job were courteous and professional. We were told not to move any furniture or rugs; they would take care of this. They covered all the walls, furniture, light fixtures with plastic and when complete, there was not a speck of white left behind. We were not happy with the result of the ceiling repair. With no arguing, they sent the crew out again and redid the repair to our satisfaction. Without a doubt, we will give them a score of ten. We have no hesitation recommending them to any other business

We gave Andy's the job of re-levelling our brick patio and also doing an extension. They did a great job. He sent a team that was courteous and dressed in matching T shirts, caps and shorts giving a professional touch to the project. The only criticism I have was that he never included the paving edgings in his quote and gave me the option of installing these at an extra cost the time of installation. I would have preferred to discuss this at the time of writing up the quote. Other than this issue, I have no complaints but only praise. Naturally, the test of their workmanship will be time, although I did get a one year guaranty

As a new customer, I called Bosco requesting service for our furnace which was not giving any heat. The dispatcher was courteous, the respond time was prompt and the technician was polite.Now for the bad part. Your technician informed us that the repair needed would cost well over $1,000.00 and if we decided to go ahead, this could only be done on January 2nd, as the wholesalers were closed for the holidays and he could not get the necessary parts to fix the problem. In addition, he informed us that this was only a band-aid repair and the chances are that we would have to replace the furnace, within a year. He indicated that it was unsafe to operate the furnace and that we would be wasting money on the repairs and suggested installing a new furnace. Still having faith in Bosco, I agreed to get a quote from them on a new furnace. Not feeling too happy with the way this process was progressing, I decided to call in another company to check out the furnace. To cut a long story short, the technician from the other company did the same diagnostics procedures as Bosco but went one step further. Using a handheld manometer, it was established that the vent outside was blocked. By merely taping the ice off the outside vent, the furnace worked. After writing to them they contacted me to apologize for the bad call and assured me that this was not the way Bosco works. They gave me a full refund and have assured me that if I deal with them again, they would prove to me that I would be more than happy with their service. I am willing to give them a second chance based on their follow up and response to my problem.

Poor service and business ethics. They advertise that the driveway will be done by 7.00 a.m. ( I guess they mean 7.00 a.m. the following day) This winter had extremely light snowfall and when it did snow, their phone message said that they out and due to busy traffic they are running behind but will get to you. Busy traffic on a weekend? They only come out if you have 5 cms of snowfall, if it's 4.5 cms, you're on you own. I will NEVER use them again and not recommend them. If they did their plowing job well, I might have used them for their roofing business.
