Initially faced with emergancy back-up & basement flooding, they were on scene very quickly & fixed immediate problem & installed back water valve. As digging anyway we decidd to go ahead with replacing lead pipes. Whole job took 3 days. Their employees worked very hard and were very tidy, putting everything back in place. They also went beyond in helping us carry out damaged goods for garabage pick-up. Finally they helped direct us in applying for rebates from city, which will reduce ovrall cost.

Toilet was blocked in early hours of Friday. Jason called around 8:00 am & was here an hour or so later. Toilet was unblocked but it was a temporary fix & decided to replace. Jason picked up new toilet & was installed Saturday afternoon. All work was done perfectly & he even helped us fix a bathroom light fixture that decided to quit working.that same day.
