We had an issue with our roof over the Winter. I called Quality First Roofing. They responded immediately and Michael connected with me within the hour. He came by the next day to look at the roof. He went up and took detailed photos and videos. He prepared a quote, as well as a breakdown of the issues. In short, the home builder did everything wrong. You can immediately see it in the photos and videos, and it explained our leak over the winter. Michael was up front about the pricing and happy to answer all of the questions. I booked the work and they were able to come within a week. He was very up front about the timing and how everything would be done. His crew rolled in, set up shop, did the work, and were done in one day. They worked 7:30am to 7:30pm and were incredible. The final photos and videos really broke down what they did, the steps they took, and it was clear that this job was done properly. Night and day from the previous builder. As a whole, this company responds quickly, they are up front and friendly, and they do quality work. Michael is top notch and someone you'll love working with.
