My LG fridge stopped cooling at only 6 years old. I had done the self tests and was pretty sure it was the compressor. I knew these were expensive and figured I’d need a new fridge. I thought I’d hire an appliance repair person just in case it wasn’t a total loss. I’m so glad I did. Vitaly was very knowledgeable and knew immediately that I did, indeed, need a new compressor. However, he knew that these fridges were known for bad compressors (they lost a class action lawsuit over them) and that there is a flat fee out of warranty repair - under warranty it would still have been over a thousand to repair - but with the flat fee repair it was a fraction the cost. I’m so glad I called - it saved me a lot of money because he knew about the program and walked me through registering. Now my fridge is working again and it didn’t break the bank. Thanks!

Installation was prompt and they were accommodating when a previous contractor had improperly set up the intake/exhaust pipes - at no extra charge.
