Thank you to William, Slava, and the Novacon team for creating a beautiful new bathroom for us. They addressed the structural, plumbing, and electrical issues that had been problematic in the space. William communicated regularly and worked with us through each step. We appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism of the entire team and are very happy with the finished product.

Joe was quick to respond to repair our washer. He identified the problem and was able to make the necessary repairs immediately. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have used Joe's services several times and he is very reliable.
