The Gates Wildlife Control representative Blake arrived promptly at the appointed time. He assessed the bird nest and raccoon issues quickly and called me right away (since I was offsite). Blake has patiently walked me through the issues and solutions over the phone and got the work done and sent me clear pictures right after as well.
