Steam Dry - Great Service in Calgary

Booked our service at Home Depot and was contacted within a week to organize the work. The process was excellent and we were call within one week and service within 2 weeks. Received a confirmation of the bookings and Grady our serviceman called to let us know he would be onsite within 30 minutes which allowed me time to return home. That was super helpful. Grady was the very efficient and pleasant young man who came to the house to provide the service. He explained very clearly the details and cost. Was extremely respectful of our house and took great care when he did the work. He is an excellent ambassador of the company and we were impressed with his manner and professionalism. Thank you. We also had Oscar who came in the afternoon to steam dry the carpets. Two services in one day - he arrived late in the day due to the scheduling but he was a fun guy who was full of energy. He completed the work in good time and was very thorough and did a great job. Oscar explained clearly the service he was offering and gave us our options. Oscar worked very hard to complete the work and the carpets looked great. We appreciated that he had worked a long hard day and did a great job. He was also very respectful of our home.
