The salesman Vince was excellent, as were the installation guys. My problem is with the call centre and getting service to even come during a reasonable time frame. Without a furnace since Thursday I couldn’t get a service man until Saturday to even determine the problem, which happened to be the motor . The first couple days were cold in which I had to buy a electric heater. I however submitted the receipt and am told I’ll be reimbursed Thank you
