I contacted the company over the last weekend and almost immediately I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from Paul Hannah. Although I had committed to getting my ducts cleaned -based on their on line price list, Paul suggested an inspection might be worthwhile first. I truly appreciated the fact that they wanted to make sure the cleaning was necessary. We agreed on a time for the inspection, which he promptly kept. In addition during the preceding days I received electronic notifications of the pending appointment, this was helpful in reminding me. His visit was informative and based on his findings a cleaning is required. The cost of the inspection will be discounted from the cleaning cost.
