Action Door was called to repair/replace doors that were warping in a southern exposure location. They have replaced the doors twice, and provided maintenance three times. They have done so without cost to us and have always been pleasant, organized and courteous. Highly recommend this company, they are effective, well trained and provide a high level customer experience.

Proceed with Caution! Quote was deficient and increased by > 50% mid way through job. Escalation to owner and VP /GM franchise Operations yielded O results. Franchisee clearly requires significant training as he resorted to insults and bullying when I raised my concerns about their ineptitude. Had to hire other trades to complete job - increasing costs. These guys know nothing about garage lifts and missed many of the required components in their quote and worse, would not be accountable for their missteps. There are plenty of competing companies in Calgary - AVOID this one at all costs.

Great service, appointment set up and on time delivery. Price as quoted despite challenges in the install. Everything from getting the quote through to installation was smooth, efficient with a high level of service supported by technology. James took the time to explain the work, install the heater and then waited for me to get home from work to walk me through the details. James explained the next steps, timing and asked me if I had any questions multiple times. We have just moved into a new house and have had many trades in and out. Action Furnace by far was the best overall experience and would highly recommend then.
