Had this company into my home in 2020 to get a quote for a furnace. Was told my furnace needed to be red tagged. Little did they know that I am in the real estate industry & understand what that means. I had another quote done previously & called that contact and asked if my furnace was in that bad of shape. He said absolutely not & he was tssa certified & is required by law to red tag a furnace if it poses a safety issue. Im sure that because I am a woman they thought they could pull a fast one on me. The sales rep that did this was Joe, just an fyi to the public. I misplaced the business card so that is why I never got around to doing a review. **Beware of this unprofessional, dishonest company**

I used North Durham Appliance for both a washer and an oven issue on 2 separate occasions. The first gentleman was prompt, courteous and fixed the issue with my washer door not latching properly. The 2nd time Kevin came and looked at my oven that was pooched due to a power surge. He performed multiple tests and was honest in what the outcome was and gave me the options for going forward. The company has professional staff from the office staff to the technicians helping with the appliances. I will always, 100% recommend this local, professional, honest company.
